What is a Yagi Antenna?
A Yagi Antenna, or Yagi-Uda antenna, is named for the two Japanese engineers Shintaro Uda and Hidetsugu Yagi who invented the design.
A Yagi antenna is a directional antenna consisting of a single dipole, a reflector, and multiple elements. The Yagi antenna focus the transmit and receive power in only one direction and it can be used for point to point or point to multi-point WiFi applications. The antenna has high gain and good front to back performance to minimize external interference, it has been in operations for years even under harsh environments.
TreLink offers a wide selection of Yagi antennas that support frequencies from 800 MHz to 5.8 GHz. Custom Yagi antennas are also available. If yo have any questions ,please e-mail us at sales@trelink.com. We will be more than happy to assist you .
